The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to determine the terms and conditions related to the use of the websites managed by Eşbah Yapı Yatırım Anonim Şirketi (“Eşbah”) at www.esbah.com.tr/ and www.esbahilan.com.tr (the “Portal”). The definitions in the Membership Account Agreement will be used to interpret any terms not defined in this Privacy Policy. By accepting the Membership Account Agreement, the Account Holder/Users will also be deemed to have accepted this Privacy Policy.
Eşbah continuously renews itself and works to provide the best service by investing in technology and innovative product and service applications to better serve its Users in the internet space.
Eşbah has the right to associate the behavior of the Account Holder visiting the website with a cookie in the browser for the purpose of online behavioral advertising and marketing. This allows Eşbah to define remarketing lists based on metrics such as the number of pages viewed, the duration of the visit, and the number of target completions. Subsequently, targeted advertising content related to the Account Holder’s interests may be shown.
During the redirection of Google AFS advertisements to Eşbah, Google may place cookies in the users' browsers or read cookies from them, or use web beacons to collect information for advertising purposes.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
Eşbah may update and modify the provisions of this Privacy Policy by publishing it on the Portal at any time. Updates and changes made to the Privacy Policy by Eşbah will be effective from the date they are published on the Portal.
The User undertakes that the information subject to this Privacy Policy is complete, accurate, and up-to-date, and that they will immediately update it on www.esbah.com.tr and www.esbahilan.com.tr in case of any changes. Eşbah will not be responsible if the User fails to provide up-to-date information.
